Come as you are. The yoga practice welcomes you exactly as you are, and you may always customize your practice to meet your needs. Hamstrings, hip opening and arm balances- moves towards titibhasana.

Explore techniques to feel stable in a flow-based class with standing balance poses. In this 75-minute, all-levels class, we’ll use consistent breathing and strategic gaze to feel steady in building towards sugar cane variations and finish off with some cooling seated forward folds.
