    Like a morning or mid-day shot of espresso, take this class to move, flow, and clear the airways with brisk breath work. No props needed.

  • 75 min all levels w/ Justicia: backbends

    Stay aligned, always: the alignment should be with us at all times, not something we're trying to make up for once in a posture. This 75-minute class moves towards backbends by opening the quadriceps, shoulders and chest. Have a block and strap!

    Sometimes we choose to make sacrifices now in service of something greater than just our immediate wants.   • 30 min all levels w/ Katrina: front body practice

    This mini practice focuses on stretches to open the front body - hip flexors, quads, shoulders, and upper back - whie at the same time strengthening the muscles along the spine. Lunges and outer hip stretches prepare us for upright pigeon prep. Have a blanket if your knees get cranky!

    Love your fate: 75 minutes all levels practice. Twists, hip openers, hamstrings with arm balances- moves towards astavakrasana and new, modern pose known as fallen flamingo.

    The hardest part of practice is getting to the mat! Full spectrum practice that includes backbends, twists, and moves towards dwi pada viparita dandasana.

    Stay the course! It takes discipline to hold center and move towards a high goal. Full spectrum all levels flow, included time for pincha mayurasana (forearmstand) or dolphin, bakasana and urdhva dhanurasana.

    We must be vigilant in our anti-racism and re-commit to it over and over again. This is a soothing, full spectrum practice as the uprising over racial injustice continues that focuses on neutral pelvic and low back alignment. Option for bridge on a block.

    On impact and intention: our alignment yoga practice teaches us that when our intention and action are not the same, that is a misalignment. 75 min, all levels practice that includes chest openers to prep the body for ustrasana and anjanayasana.

  • 15 min all levels w/ Julie: core work trance

    Move your attention from the arduous work in your abdominal muscles to the steady trance of your own breath. Couple movement with breath in easily repeated motions that work all of the core muscles. No props needed!

  • 20 min all levels w/ Julie: stretch at your desk!

    Interrupt or end your work day with this class of self-care for all the muscles that hold tension when we sit for long periods: neck, chest, hip flexors, wrists.
