This strong and intentional practice moves towards visvamittrasana (friend of the universe pose) with powerful standing hip openers, progressive hamstring stretches and lateral spine stretches. It includes time for sirsasana B (tripod headstand), so a wall may be useful. Practice cools down with supine poses, including wheel of life and setu bandha (bridge pose). A block or two and a strap could be helpful.
