The most obvious explanation is usually the correct one, and when we invest in our most vulnerable places, the whole system gets an upgrade. This class aims to build functional mobility in the hips (strength in the hip flexors and glutes), as well as the hamstrings. A familiar standing flow moves towards arm balance play and a supine cool down. Two blocks and a blanket may be helpful.
