The yoga practice is our means to get better at being ourselves. In this full spectrum flow, we move through a familiar warm up of sun salutations and standing poses, progressing to balancing poses and hip and hamstring strengthening and stretching. Practice incorporates plenty of opportunities to build strength, including spinal segmentation, dolphin pushups and locust pose variations; class ends with a gentle supine twist flow.
