Yoga x HIIT
A sweatier, more active practice to build strength and release energy. These circuits consist of the repetition of yoga poses and/or yoga transitions to build strength. You'll definitely want yoga nearby!
In most cases, all you need is your yoga mat. On occasion, you'll need to grab a blanket/towel (for hardwood) or paper plate/ plastic bag for carpet to slide. This will be indicated in video description.
Beginners welcome.
