Controlled Articular Rotations, or CARS, are the foundation of your movement practice. Use them as a gauge to get information from your body, as they'll reflect back the health of your joints. Also use them to send input to your joints, communicating with your body that you intend to continue to use these ranges of motion.
Over time, you will become more skillful with your CARS. These can be done daily; try to commit to at least three times per week to build fluency.
