For this restorative practice, we will do a few cooling poses. Excellent for summer time or coming off of a particularly intense day or week. Have 2 thick blankets and be near an unobstructed space at the wall (a closed door can work).

This restorative practice uses quite a few props but it’s worth it! Please have two pillows, two yoga blocks, and at least one blanket (an additional one might be nice if it’s chilly!). We focus on how leaning into the back of our body can support a settling into the present moment.
