  • 30 min foundations w/ Katrina: lunging backbends

    This practice combines backbends and lunges with an emphasis on abdominal stabilization. A short restorative pose at the end uses two blocks, and also have a blanket for your knees if they are sensitive since we will be kneeling quite a bit.

  • 57 min functional flow w/ Justicia: hips + hamstrings

    This mobility-informed flow moves towards skandasana (side lunge) with hip flexion and hamstring prep. It incorporates some joint CARs to promote blood flow and healthy joint function. It closes with a long line bridge pose for hamstring strength, followed by a cooling, supine sequence.
