Our practice will always progress when we attend to our most fragile, vulnerable part that tends to go out of balance. This class progresses through a familiar standing pose warmup with special attention on prepping the body for backbends. It moves towards quad stretches and chest openers, includes time for pincha mayurasana (forearmstand), culminating in urdhva dhanurasana (upward facing bow). Practice closes with a supine and seated cool down.
