    For those looking to move and sweat. A quick advanced strength training circuit using a yoga blanket on hardwood floor to slide. If you're practicing on a carpet, try using a plastic bag or paper plate to slide. This class doesn't have a warm-up, so I recommend a quick stretch before starting.
