30 min maha mobility w/ Alan: big toe extension
Maha Mobility
•
28m
Little movement with big impacts, as a primary point of ground contact. How your big toe moves will inform how you walk, squat, and generally move through the world. When the toes become weaker or less mobile they tend to affect things up the body. In this class, we will focus on creating more space and strength in the tissues that lift the big toe up. With enough training your big toe can become a great toe! In this class, you will need a tennis ball, a blanket if you like one for kneeling, and possibly something to assist in balance (chair, wall, baguette).
