Controlled Articular Rotations and take each individual joint through its full range of motion while stabilizing the rest of the body. They help us build proprioceptive awareness and neuromuscular control. as well as maintain ranges of motion. In this CARs class we progress from the basic routine, working on moving slowly with more tension while exploring new bases to challenge our control.
