When we visit the basics with intentionality, we find that not only are the basic poses and movements indispensable, they're not really all that easy! This full spectrum practice includes CARs for the shoulders and spine, as well as all four movements of the spine. A familiar standing pose warmup is followed by quad stretches, moving towards gentle backbends, more spine CARs work, and supine twists.
